Guidelines for Authors
The guidelines for Contributors are as follows;
1. The research articles submitted for publication should be original research in Medicine and Allied Health Sciences including other related fields provided that they have not been published or being considered for publication elsewhere.
2. It will be compulsory to follow the format of NJMHS i.e. TITLE, AUTHOR(S) NAME(S) with ADDRESS (ES), CORRESPONDING AUTHOR E-MAIL, ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION, MATERIALS AND METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION and REFERENCES etc.
3. The TITLE, AUTHOR(S) NAME(S) with ADDRESS (ES), CORRESPONDING AUTHOR E-MAIL will be written in the format as given below.

4. The ABSTRACT should describe briefly the work done and the conclusion, up to a maximum of 250 words.
5. The INTRODUCTION should be comprehensive along-with indicating clear-cut objectives of the study.
6. The MATERIALS AND METHODS should describe the materials and methods used, the experimental design and procedure adopted to analysis the data.
7. RESULTS data must be presented in Tables, Figures or Graphs etc. Repetition of the same results in different forms should be avoided. Figures and Tables should be referenced with Arabic numerals in the order in which they appear in the text. The captions for Figures, Graphs, and Photographs should be typed on a separate page and attached with the Figures / Photographs. Photographs should be glossy Black & White or colored of sharp contrast. For color photographs, the cost of color printing will be borne by the author.
8. DISCUSSION Discussion must be in proper sequence and according to the findings of the scientists. This section should include author's comment on the results, supported with contemporary references, including arguments and analysis of identical work done by other workers. Study limitations should also be mentioned.
9. CONCLUSION Conclusion should highlight new aspects and inference arising from the study.
10. The REFERENCES: All references quoted in the text must be written in the Harvard Referencing System. Unpublished references should be avoided. References at the end must be in ALPHABETICAL order. For detail Harvard referencing guidelines https://www.mendeley.com/guides/harvard-citation-guide

11. The research articles text should be typed in single spacing in two columns along with Tables having a title on the bottom and Figures having a title at the top after the references cited at the ending a single column. The margin shall be one inch on each side. The size of the paper A4 with width 8.27" and height 11.69" and the font must be Calibri with size 10.
12. The article can be submitted by the journal online system or sent to [email protected]
13. Plagiarism of the manuscript will be checked as per the rules defined by Higher Education Commission, Pakistan.
14. Author’s declaration that manuscript is not submitted or under consideration anywhere else must be given.
15. The enrolment of Reviewers / Referees is always encouraged. All those interested to take part as Reviewers / Referees can apply on Plain Paper or via an email on the above-written email address. It nominated all Reviewers / Referees must send their recommendations about the publication of a particular Article, on specific Performa available on official NJMHS website. https://njmhs.su.edu.pk/ scanned copies of such duly filled Performa can also be sent back via an email for rapid delivery.
